Directions: After cleansing your face and applying moisturizer, use the enclosed spatula to take a thumb-sized amount of cream (approximately 3.5 g) and apply to the face (forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin) before spreading evenly over the entire face. Blend in a circular, outward motion and massage into skin for three minutes. Use tissue paper to remove excess massage cream. Clean the enclosed spatula regularly as needed.
