Asemuhi EX Ointment for Sweat Rash
Sweat rash occurs when sweat penetrates the outer layer of your skin, irritating the epidermis. If you fail to recognize that sweat is the cause and do not treat it properly, symptoms such as itching, redness, and blisters can recur each time you sweat, worsening over time. This creates a "sweat rash loop" that becomes difficult to heal.
Asemuhi EX effectively breaks this cycle and treats painful symptoms quickly by using three key approaches: "sweat prevention (tannic acid), anti-inflammatory (PVA), and anti-itch (diphenhydramine + L-menthol)."
Prickly heat refers to a condition where sweat glands become clogged, leading to redness and itchiness at the affected areas.
Precautions:-
Do not use on the following areas: Varicella (chickenpox), athlete’s foot, ringworm, or any area with purulent (pus-filled) lesions.

Avoid extensive use on the face. Do not use for prolonged periods (as a guideline, within 2 weeks for the face and within 4 weeks for other areas).

(2) Pregnant women or women who might be pregnant.

(3) Those who have experienced allergic reactions (rash/redness, itching, hives, etc.) from medications.

(4) Individuals with large affected areas.

(5) People with severe wetness or sores.

If any of the following symptoms appear after use, they may indicate side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this leaflet:

Rash/redness, itching, swelling, dryness, irritation, heat sensation, or tingling in the affected area.

Ringworm, athlete's foot, acne, or purulent symptoms.

Persistent irritation.

If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Directions: Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day.
(1) When used by children, use under the supervision of a guardian.
(2) Be careful not to get this in your eyes. In the unlikely event that it gets into your eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water or lukewarm water, and immediately consult an ophthalmologist with this explanatory document.
(3) This drug should only be used externally and should not be taken internally.
Active ingredient (in 100 g):
Prednisolone valerate acetate (PVA): 0.15g: An antedrug-type anti-inflammatory ingredient that effectively soothes inflammation that causes itching.
Diphenhydramine: 1.0 g: Blocks the action of the itch-causing substance (histamine) and suppresses itching.
L-Menthol: 3.5g Gives a cooling sensation and quickly soothes itching.
Crotamiton 5.0g Soothes itching.
Tannic acid: 0.06g: Tightens the skin to prevent perspiration from entering.
Additives: L-arginine, sodium edetate, diisopropyl adipate, cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, carboxyvinyl polymer, xanthan gum, stearyl alcohol, glyceryl triisooctanoate, 1,3-butylene glycol, macrogol, isopropyl myristate, Contains sodium copper chlorophyllin, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, glycerin stearate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, polypropylene glycol.
Size: 15 g
(1) Keep tightly sealed in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not put it in another container. (It may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4) Do not use the product after the expiry date (indicate the year and month on the bottom of the case and on the tube).
Even if it is within the expiration date, please use it as soon as possible after opening from the point of quality preservation.
