This cold medicine combines ibuprofen to reduce fever and relieve pain, helping to ease symptoms like sore throat and fever. Quantity: 30 tablets

Dosage: 

Take the following dose within 30 minutes after meals with water or warm water, without chewing:

  • For those aged 15 and above: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times per day.

  • Not recommended for those under 15.

Active Ingredients: 

  • Ibuprofen: 450 mg (reduces fever and relieves pain)

  • Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride: 135 mg (relieves nasal congestion)

  • Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 7.5 mg (relieves runny nose and sneezing)

  • Dihydrocodeine Phosphate: 24 mg (relieves cough)

  • Anhydrous Caffeine: 75 mg (relieves headache)

Additives: Lactose monohydrate, crosscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, corn starch.

Precautions for Use

Do not take if:

  1. You have a history of allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.

  2. You have experienced asthma after taking this product or other cold or pain relievers.

  3. You are under 15 years of age.

  4. You are within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.

  5. You have the following conditions:

    • Difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement.

  6. You have been diagnosed with:

    • Hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes.

  7. While taking this product, do not use the following medications:

    • Other cold medicines, fever and pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants, antihistamines, or any oral medications for nasal inflammation, motion sickness, allergies, or sleeping aids.

  8. After taking this product, avoid operating vehicles or machinery, as drowsiness may occur.

  9. If breastfeeding, either avoid taking this product or do not breastfeed if you do take it.

  10. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the product.

  11. Do not take the product for more than 5 days.

Consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if:

  1. You are currently undergoing treatment with a doctor or dentist.

  2. You are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.

  3. You are elderly.

  4. You have a history of allergic reactions to drugs.

  5. You have any of the following symptoms:

    • High fever, difficulty urinating.

  6. You have been diagnosed with:

    • Liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, respiratory disorders, sleep apnea, obesity.

  7. You have a history of:

    • Stomach or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease.

  8. You are undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride).

  9. You have previously experienced insomnia, dizziness, fatigue, tremors, or palpitations from cold medications, cough suppressants, or nasal medication.

If you experience any of the following symptoms after taking this product, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

  • Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising.

  • Digestive System: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth sores, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools.

  • Nervous System: Dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, seizures.

  • Circulatory System: Palpitations.

  • Respiratory System: Shortness of breath.

  • Urinary System: Difficulty urinating.

  • Other: Swelling, facial flushing, feeling feverish, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, difficulty stopping bleeding, back pain, excessive body temperature drop, feeling unwell.

Rare but serious symptoms may occur:

  • Anaphylaxis: Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat irritation, shortness of breath, palpitations, confusion.

  • Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis: High fever, red eyes, eye discharge, cracked lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash, small pustules on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, sudden worsening of symptoms.

  • Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.

  • Kidney Dysfunction: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, joint pain, diarrhea.

  • Interstitial Pneumonia: Shortness of breath, cough, fever, which may develop suddenly or persist.

  • Asthma: Wheezing, shortness of breath.

  • Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, and vomiting (especially in people with lupus or mixed connective tissue disease).

  • Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.

  • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

  • Respiratory Depression: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.

If any of the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking the product, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

  • Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness.

If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses (especially if a fever lasts more than 3 days or recurs), stop taking the product and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.
