Sialic acid is a functional monosaccharide which exists widely in edible bird’s nest that promotes brain regulation, metabolism, anti-oxidation, and immune regulation.

Each jelly stick contains the extract of one whole bird's nest (barn swallow nest), along with collagen, snow fungus (popular for its immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties), and vitamin C equivalent to four lemons.
