Daiichi Sankyo Eurax A (Anti-itch Ointment)

This skin ointment helps relieve itching caused by eczema and skin irritation.

Crotamiton and Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride are highly effective in relieving itching caused by insect bites and other irritations. Hydrocortisone Acetate and Glycyrrhetinic Acid help reduce skin inflammation, such as rashes and skin irritation. Allantoin assists in skin tissue repair, and Isopropyl Methylphenol has antibacterial properties.

Precautions:

1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if any of the following apply:
   • (1) You are currently receiving treatment from a doctor.
   • (2) You are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.
   • (3) You have had allergic reactions to medications in the past.
   • (4) The affected area is large.
   • (5) You have severe wetness or ulceration in the affected area.
2. If any of the following symptoms occur after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
   • Affected Area: Rash, redness, itching, swelling, irritation, dryness, burning sensation, stinging sensation.
   • Affected Area (specifically): Tinea (fungal infection), acne, pus-forming symptoms, persistent irritation.
3. If symptoms do not improve after using for 5 to 6 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
   

Dosage:

• Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day.
  1. Follow the prescribed usage instructions carefully.
  2. If used for children, ensure they are supervised by a guardian.
  3. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, seek medical attention from an ophthalmologist.
  4. For external use only.

Do not use:

(Non-compliance may worsen the current condition or lead to side effects)

1. Do not use on the following areas:
   • Chickenpox, tinea (ringworm), or areas with pus.
2. Do not apply extensively to the face.
3. Do not use for prolonged periods.

Crotamiton (10 g)
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (1 g)
Hydrocortisone acetate (0.25 g)
Glycyrrhetinic acid (0.5 g)
Allantoin (0.2 g)
Isopropyl methylphenol (0.1g)

Additives: Stearic Acid Macrogol, Stearyl Alcohol, Vaseline, Fragrance, Glycerin.
