Daiichi Sankyo MyTear CL Eye Drops

Two varieties of cooling eye drops formulated for contact lens wearers to provide relief of discomfort and dry eye throughout the day.

Cool:

Discomfort, Lacrimal Aid (Dry Eyes), Eye Fatigue, and Blurred Vision (Especially When There Is More Eye Discharge) While Wearing Soft or Hard Contact Lenses

Dosage and Administration:
Instill 2 to 3 drops at a time, 5 to 6 times a day.

Precautions Related to Dosage and Administration:

  • When used by children, it should be done under the guidance and supervision of a caregiver.

  • Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes (contact with discharge or other foreign matter can contaminate or cloud the solution). Do not use if the solution has become cloudy.

  • For eye drop use only.

  • Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Amount (per 1 mL) Function
Sodium Chloride 5.5 mg Adjusts the ion balance, pH, and osmotic pressure to be close to normal tear fluid.
Potassium Chloride 1.5 mg Adjusts the ion balance, pH, and osmotic pressure to be close to normal tear fluid.
Glucose 0.05 mg Promotes eye metabolism and relieves eye fatigue.
Taurine 1 mg Provides nutrition to the eyes and helps in the repair of the cornea.

Additives:
Boric acid, borax, hypromellose, sodium edetate (hydrated), polyoxyethylene castor oil 60, alkyl diaminoethyl glycine hydrochloride, L-menthol, pH adjusters.
