Plum Rooibos Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 tea bag of Plum Rooibos Tea

• 150ml boiling water (90°C or higher)

• 1 tablespoon beet sugar (or similar)

• 2 g gelatin

Directions

• Place the tea bag in a cup and pour in 150ml of boiling water. Stir slightly to help the tea extract. Once the tea is brewed, remove the tea bag.

• Add beet sugar and stir well to dissolve. Add gelatin and mix thoroughly.

• Let the mixture cool down, then refrigerate to set.

• For a festive touch, serve with cream or ice toppings!
