How to Use:
Since this is a two-layer formula, shake the bottle well before use. Soak an appropriate amount (about the size of a large coin) onto a cotton pad. Let it sit on your eye makeup for a moment, then gently wipe off or rinse with lukewarm water. For stubborn mascara, let it sit for a few seconds, then wipe off gently without rubbing or pulling. This product can also be used on the lips.
