Apply to clean, dry skin over the painful or stiff area several times daily as needed.
Precautions

Do not use on eyes, mucous membranes, eczema, rashes, or open wounds.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, or pigmentation.
