Ichiran Hakata Straight Tonkotsu Yaki-Ramen

Experience this classic Hakata dish, popular at their yatai food stalls, with the Ichiran Hakata Straight Tonkotsu Yaki-Ramen! Similar to yakisoba, this stir-fried ramen features a delicious tonkotsu (pork bone)  sauce along with a tare sauce with a bit of Ichiran Ramen's famous spicy red seasoning for spice! Plus, this yaki-ramen is easy to make a full meal out of by adding your favorite toppings, including protein and veggies!

Ingredients:

Flour (Japan), salt, vegetable protein, pork extract, vegetable powder, sugar, powdered soy sauce, spices, hydrolyzed protein, yeast extract, pork oil, vegetable oils, reduced starch syrup, soy sauce, chili pepper, garlic paste, brewed vinegar, seasonings (including amino acids), kansui (alkaline mineral water), flavoring, modified starch, alcohol, coloring agents (caramel, paprika extract), acidulant, antioxidant (vitamin E).

Quantity: 218 g (Serves 2)

Instructions: 

  1. Pour the A packet (the flavoring oil) into a frying pan and cook your ingredients (i.e. protein, vegetables, etc.). Then, add 300 ml of water and bring to a boil. 【If you aren't cooking any toppings. boil 300 ml of water and add the flavor oil to the water.】【*If you're cooking both servings, add 550 ml.】
  2. Break the noodles in half and put them in the water. Boil them for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the contents of packet B (the powder soup) and boil down until you get your desired thickness.
  4. Move to a plate and pour the contents of packet C (the Secret Tare) on top. *The Secret Tare adds spice, so only use as much as you can handle.
