• Hops Extract – 60mg (equiv. to 0.852g Hops cones)
  → Derived from Humulus lupulus; known for its soothing effects on the nervous system.

• Uncaria Extract – 45mg (equiv. to 0.45g Uncaria stem and branch)

Dosage & Administration
