Directions: 

• Take an appropriate amount of product and spread it evenly on the palm of your hand.

• For your arms: Apply from the outside of the arm towards the inside in a spiral motion to ensure even coverage.

• For your stomach: Spread the product on both hands and apply from the bottom upwards, then continue in circular motions.

• For your waist: Spread the product on both hands and gently massage your right waist with your right hand and left waist with your left hand.

• For your back: For hard-to-reach areas, cross your hands and place them on your shoulders. Lift your elbows and press firmly, then apply the product across your back.

• For your legs: Massage from both sides of your legs, applying in a spiral motion to ensure even coverage.
