1 pack contains 2 sheets (both should be used immediately after opening)

Directions:

1. Remove the sheets from the pouch and peel off the protective film. Apply directly to clean, dry skin.
   Use both sheets immediately after opening, as menthol and carbon dioxide will evaporate.

2. When removing, gently peel the sheet off from the edge.

   • Apply to the soles or calves.

   • Make sure the sheet is flat and fully adhered to prevent wrinkling or peeling.

   • Moisture (sweat), oil (creams), or repeated repositioning may reduce adhesion.
     Press lightly on the sheet after application to help the gel bond with the skin.
     Sensation may vary depending on the environment.

Precautions:

• Do not use if you are sensitive to adhesives, have had allergic reactions to bandages, or are sensitive to menthol.

• Do not apply to inflamed, wounded, swollen, or eczema-affected skin, mucous membranes, or the face (especially around the eyes).

• Do not use on areas currently treated with medicinal patches or creams.

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are undergoing medical treatment or have a history of allergic reactions to medications or cosmetics.

• Discontinue use immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. If redness, itching, stinging, or other skin abnormalities appear, stop using and consult a doctor.

• Temporary redness may occur where the sheet is applied.

• Be cautious when walking with the sheet on, as it may cause slipping.
  If gel adheres to skin or surfaces, wipe or rinse off with lukewarm water.

• Do not reuse sheets for hygiene reasons.

• Store out of reach of children or persons with cognitive impairments.

• Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and do not store in the freezer.

• Dispose of according to local regulations.
