Without opening, place one pouch on a microwave-safe plate with the steam vent facing up.

Heat in the microwave at 500–600W for about 1 minute. The pouch will puff up, and the steam vent will open naturally.

After heating, wait 1–2 minutes until it’s cool enough to handle safely. Take care to avoid burns when removing the sheet.

Use the warm sheet to wipe the inside of the microwave clean.
