Adam A Tablets are small, easy-to-swallow, film-coated tablets that offer effective relief from pain and fever. The active ingredient, Ibuprofen, works by inhibiting the production of substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and fever. These tablets also contain Allyl Isopropyl Acetyl Urea and Anhydrous Caffeine, which enhance the pain-relieving and fever-reducing effects. Adam A Tablets are effective for treating headaches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, and fever, among others. The tablets come in a convenient PTP (press-through pack) packaging, making them easy to carry and use on-the-go.

Directions for Use

  • Adults (15 years and above): Take 2 tablets per dose, up to 3 times a day.
  • Take the tablets with water or warm water, and avoid chewing.
  • Ensure a 4-hour gap between doses.
  • It is best to avoid taking the medication on an empty stomach.

Ingredients and Amounts
Each dose of 2 tablets contains:

  • Ibuprofen: 150 mg
  • Allyl Isopropyl Acetyl Urea: 60 mg
  • Anhydrous Caffeine: 80 mg

Additives: Lactose hydrate, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, anhydrous silica, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol, carnauba wax.

Precautions
Do Not Use If:

  1. You have had an allergic reaction to this product or its ingredients.
  2. You have experienced asthma from using pain relievers or cold medications.
  3. You are under 15 years of age.
  4. You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within 12 weeks of your due date.

Additional Warnings:

  • Do not take this product with other pain relievers, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medications.
  • Avoid operating vehicles or machinery after taking the medication, as it may cause drowsiness.
  • Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
  • Do not use for extended periods without consulting a doctor.

Consult a Doctor If:

  1. You are under medical treatment.
  2. You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  3. You are elderly.
  4. You have a history of allergies or any of the following conditions: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, or mixed connective tissue disease.
  5. You have previously had a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease).

Side Effects
If you experience any of the following, stop taking the tablets and consult a doctor immediately:

  • Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising.
  • Digestive: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth ulcers, heartburn, bloating, diarrhea, or blood in stool.
  • Nervous system: Dizziness.
  • Cardiovascular: Palpitations.
  • Respiratory: Shortness of breath.
  • Other: Blurry vision, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), swelling, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, or difficulty stopping bleeding.

Serious Side Effects:
In rare cases, severe reactions like shock (anaphylaxis), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, liver or kidney dysfunction, and aseptic meningitis may occur. Seek immediate medical attention if these symptoms arise.
