Dent Health R is a gel-type treatment for gingivitis and periodontitis, designed to be applied directly to the gums and periodontal pockets. For gingivitis and periodontitis: Apply approximately 0.3g (about 1.5cm) to the gums twice daily, after brushing. For mouth ulcers: Apply to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily.
