This jam, simmered with "Sakura Rosé," a spring-limited tea blended with cherry leaves, shines with a ruby red color. The aroma of cherry leaves, reminiscent of sakura mochi, and the gentle saltiness enhance the sweet and tangy flavor of the fruit.
To allow the fresh taste of berries to shine, the sugar content is kept around 40%, resulting in a mildly sweet finish. You can enjoy it with scones or toast, or use it as a sauce for yogurt or desserts.
