Marutai Abura Soba (Dry Ramen)

This pack creates a rich, flavorful dry noodle dish inspired by the taste of Marutai Ramen. The noodles are thick, chewy, and delicious even when chilled. The sauce is a savory soy-based blend accented with garlic, oyster sauce, and red chili peppers. Comes with a seasoning oil that adds the aroma and spiciness of sesame chili oil.

What is Abura Soba?

Abura Soba literally means “oil noodles” in Japanese. Unlike traditional ramen, it does not come with a soup broth. Instead, the noodles are served with a flavorful sauce or seasoning oil, often soy-based, sometimes with sesame oil, garlic, chili, or other aromatics. You typically mix the noodles with the sauce before eating, sometimes adding toppings like green onions, nori, egg, or meat.
