A traditional Japanese herbal medicine (Kampo) formulated to support men experiencing mental strain, nervousness, or decreased vitality related to performance pressure and fatigue. Mentaf contains the Kampo formula Keishikaryukotsuboreito, which helps balance the autonomic nervous system, promote relaxation, and improve symptoms such as nervousness, insomnia, and weakened stamina.
You may notice improvement in morning vitality as a sign that the formula is beginning to take effect.
Indications
For individuals with moderate to weak constitution who tire easily and are nervous or excitable, Mentaf helps alleviate the following symptoms:

Dosage and Administration
Take with water or warm water before or between meals:

Adults (15 years and over): 5 tablets, twice daily

Children 7â15 years: 4 tablets, twice daily

Children under 7 years: Do not use
(âBetween mealsâ means about 2â3 hours after eating.)
