Mizkan Kaori no Kura Freshly Squeezed Yuzu Ponzu Sauce

This is a yuzu-flavored ponzu sauce made by blending freshly squeezed yuzu juice (with the skin) with a balanced combination of bonito and kombu broth. It uses 100% yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, the largest producer of yuzu in Japan. It’s perfect for a variety of dishes, such as hot pots, shabu-shabu, tataki (seared meat), salads, boiled vegetables, gyoza, and grilled fish.

Soy sauce (containing wheat and soybeans) (domestic production), yuzu juice, fructose-glucose syrup, sugar, brewed vinegar, salt, bonito broth, kombu broth, yeast extract / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), acidity regulator.
