Morinaga Fluffy Pancake Mix

For a weekend indulgence, make your own Japanese-style fluffy pancakes at home, just like the kind you'd find at a cafe!

Directions for Japanese-Style Fluffy Pancakes (Instant Mix)

  1. Mix the Batter:
    Combine the instant pancake mix with the recommended amount of water or milk (refer to package instructions). Stir until just combined, leaving some lumps.

  2. Rest the Batter:
    Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.

  3. Cook the Pancakes:
    Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Lightly grease the pan. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Serve:
    Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
