Mix the Batter:
Combine the instant pancake mix with the recommended amount of water or milk (refer to package instructions). Stir until just combined, leaving some lumps. -
Rest the Batter:
Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. -
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Lightly grease the pan. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. -
