Directions

1. Remove a unit from the clear outer pouch (do not tear the white non-woven fabric).

2. Write the replacement date (about 3 months later) on the provided sticker and affix it to the non-woven fabric.

3. Slip the sealed unit under the bed or futon sheet (or under a pillow).

   • Use 2–4 units per futon (depending on conditions).

Precautions

• Not edible; keep away from children and pets.

• Discontinue use if you feel unwell.

• Do not open the non-woven bag or remove its contents. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap.

• This product repels mites but does not kill them.

• Scent transfer may occur on contact surfaces but will fade in a few days.

• Effective for about 3 months, depending on conditions.

• Store out of direct sunlight, in a place inaccessible to children.

• Follow all warnings and instructions; the manufacturer is not liable for misuse.
