Keep batteries out of the reach of young children, as swallowing a battery can cause serious harm. If swallowed, do not attempt to induce vomiting; seek immediate medical attention.

Battery Replacement Indicator:
When the battery is low, a replacement icon will appear on the display, signaling it’s time for a battery change.

Battery Replacement Instructions:

Use a small screwdriver (sold separately) to remove the screw on the back of the thermometer, securing the battery cover.
Remove the battery cover.
Use a thin, non-brittle stick to carefully remove the old battery. Note: Be cautious as the battery may pop out. Avoid using metal tweezers or needles.
Insert a new battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
Reattach the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure it.
