"Horinishi" is a versatile seasoning released in April 2019 by the famous outdoor shop Orange in Wakayama Prefecture. The product was created based on the desire of the shop’s staff member, Mr. Horinishi, for a seasoning that could be easily used during camping. This popular spice has gained a following not only among campers but also among people who don't camp, as it pairs well with meat, fish, and vegetables.

Salt (domestic production, USA, Germany), garlic, black pepper, powdered soy sauce, red chili pepper, red bell pepper, dried tangerine peel, coriander, mirepoix powder, vegetable fat, chicken seasoning, parsley, paprika, onion, ginger, basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, bay leaf, celery seed / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), calcium phosphate, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, and pork).
