For symptoms such as:

• Blurred vision (e.g., when there is excessive eye discharge)

• Eye fatigue

• Conjunctival redness

• Itchy eyes

• Prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, when dust or sweat gets in the eyes)

• Eye inflammation caused by ultraviolet light or other rays (e.g., snow blindness)

• Blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelid)

• Discomfort while wearing hard contact lenses

Ingredients: berberine chloride, azulene sulfonate sodium, chondroitin sulfate ester sodium, chlorpheniramine maleate, boric acid, borax, l-menthol, eucalyptus oil, geraniol, edetate sodium, polyethylene glycol castor oil, polyethylene glycol hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate 80, bht, ph adjuster, benzalkonium chloride, parabens

How to Use
Instill 1–3 drops at a time, 5–6 times a day.

Precautions
<Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you:>

1. Are receiving medical treatment.

2. Have ever experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.

3. Have the following symptoms:

   • Severe eye pain.

4. Have been diagnosed with any of the following conditions:

   • Glaucoma.

If you experience any of the following symptoms after use, it may be a side effect. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
Affected areas and symptoms:

• Skin: Rash, redness, itching

• Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain

If any of the following apply, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.

1. If blurred vision does not improve.

2. If symptoms do not improve after about two weeks of use.

Active Ingredients:

• Berberine Chloride Hydrate 0.012%

• Azulenesulfonic Acid Sodium Hydrate 0.02%

• Chondroitin Sulfate Ester Sodium 0.5%

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 0.03%

Excipients:
This product contains the following additives: boric acid, borax, L-menthol, eucalyptus oil, geraniol, edetate sodium (EDTA-Na), polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate 80, BHT, and pH adjusters.

This product is preservative-free (benzalkonium chloride, parabens).
