YukuRhythm is a traditional herbal medicine that works on the autonomic nervous system to calm irritability and tension, improving insomnia. Recommended for people with moderate to low stamina, who feel mentally and physically fatigued, have poor circulation, and sometimes experience a sensation of heat. It should be taken three times a day, either 30 minutes before meals (pre-meal) or 2-3 hours after meals (between meals) on an empty stomach. It can be used by children aged 5 and above.

Directions:

Take the following dosage 3 times a day, either before meals or between meals, with water or warm water.

• Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose

• Children 7–15 years old: 3 tablets per dose

• Children 5–7 years old: 2 tablets per dose

• Children under 5 years old: Do not take
  “Between meals” refers to 2-3 hours after a meal.
