Ingredients:

  • Isopropylantipyrine 150 mg
  • Acetaminophen 250 mg

  • Allylisopropylacetylurea 60 mg

  • Anhydrous caffeine 50 mg

Excipients: lactose hydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, hydrated silicon dioxide

Precautions

Do Not Do the Following:

(If not followed, it may worsen the current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects and accidents.)

  1. Do not take this product if you:

    • Have ever experienced an allergic reaction to this product or its ingredients.

    • Have had asthma triggered by this product or other antipyretic/analgesic/cold medicines.

  2. Do not take this product with:

    • Other antipyretic/analgesic/cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines.

  3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product (it may cause drowsiness).

  4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this product.

  5. Do not use for extended periods.

  • Skin: Rash, redness, itching

  • Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite

  • Neurological: Dizziness

  • Others: Excessive body temperature drop

Rare severe symptoms that require immediate medical attention:

  • Anaphylactic Shock: Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or confusion immediately after taking.

  • Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, widespread rash or redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, body aches, loss of appetite, persistent or rapidly worsening symptoms.

  • Drug Hypersensitivity Syndrome: Widespread redness on skin, generalized rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).

  • Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), brown urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.

  • Kidney Dysfunction: Fever, rash, reduced urine output, body swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.

  • Interstitial Pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing with exertion, dry cough, fever, or symptoms appearing suddenly or persisting.

  • Asthma: Wheezing, difficulty breathing.

Possible Side Effects:

After taking, some symptoms might appear, including drowsiness. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.
