Precautions: 

• Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.

Directions:

• After shampooing, lightly remove excess water. Apply an appropriate amount to damaged areas (for medium-length hair, about 2 teaspoons) and work it in well before rinsing. (Immediate rinsing still provides effective results.)

• For best results, use 1–2 times per week.
