TAISHO Antibacterial Eye Drops

These single-use eyedrops are suitable for styes and conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and itchy eyes.

They contain four active ingredients that help suppress the growth of bacteria causing styes and conjunctivitis, soothe inflammation like itching, and improve the condition of the eyes damaged by inflammation.

With its unique retention design using the thickening agent Gellan Gum (additive), the antibacterial component Sulfamethoxazole stays on the surface of the eye for a longer period. It is gentle on inflamed eyes, providing a soft, non-stinging sensation, making it suitable even for young children.

Directions: Use 2-3 drops, 3-6 times per day.

Important Notes on Usage:

• Follow the recommended dosage and usage strictly.

• If using for children, ensure it is done under the supervision of a guardian.

• Avoid letting the container tip touch the eyelids or eyelashes. Do not use if the solution is cloudy.

• Do not wear soft contact lenses while using this medication.

• For eye drop use only.

• Do not force the container open. Opening too quickly may cause the liquid to splash.

• This product is a "single-use" eye drop, and it does not contain preservatives, so any leftover solution should be discarded after use.

• Since this formulation is designed for prolonged retention, your vision may be blurred for a short while after application.

• Be careful not to injure the eye with the tip of the container.

Ingredients:

• Sulfamethoxazole: 4.0%

• Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate: 0.25%

• Epsilon-aminocaproic acid: 1.0%

• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 0.1%

• Additives: Gellan gum, Trometamol, Sodium citrate, Sodium EDTA.

Note: After using the eye drops, you may experience a bitter or sweet taste in your mouth. The bitterness is due to the Sulfamethoxazole, and the sweetness comes from the Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate. This is normal and not a cause for concern.

Precautions

Consult with a Doctor Before Use if:

• You are currently undergoing treatment with a doctor.

• You have a history of allergies caused by medications.

• You have any of the following symptoms: severe eye pain.

If you experience any of the following side effects, immediately stop using the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist:

• Skin: Rash, redness, itching.

• Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling.

If symptoms do not improve after 3-4 days of use, stop using the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage and Handling Precautions

• Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not transfer to another container (may lead to misuse or quality changes).

• Do not share with others.

• To prevent degradation due to light exposure, the container and packaging are designed to block light. Store in a place shielded from light. Do not store in the refrigerator.

• Avoid leaving the product in hot places, such as a car's dashboard, as this may deform the container or degrade the solution.

• Do not place the product in your back pocket, as this may cause the cap to loosen.

• Do not use the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration period, it should be used as soon as possible after opening for optimal quality preservation.
