Usage Instructions:

1. Before taking Claritin EX, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if:

   • You are currently receiving medical treatment.

   • You have been diagnosed with liver disease, kidney disease, or epilepsy.

   • You are unsure whether your symptoms are caused by allergic rhinitis or another condition like a cold.

   • You have a history of other allergic diseases such as asthma or atopic dermatitis.

   • You are pregnant or suspect you might be pregnant.

   • You are elderly.

   • You have a history of allergic reactions to medications.

2. If you experience any of the following after taking Claritin EX, stop using the medication immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

   • Skin: Rash, itching, hives, redness, hair loss.

   • Respiratory: Throat pain, dry nose.

   • Digestive: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dry lips, mouth sores, gastritis.

   • Nervous System: Fatigue, dizziness, headache.

   • Circulatory: Palpitations, tachycardia.

   • Other: Dry eyes, tinnitus, hearing loss, flushing, edema (face, hands), taste abnormalities, irregular menstruation, chest discomfort, abnormal uterine bleeding, chest pain, urinary retention.

   Severe symptoms to watch out for:

   • Anaphylaxis (shock): Itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion immediately after taking the medication.

   • Seizures (convulsions): Muscle tightness, shaking, loss of consciousness, memory loss prior to the seizure.

   • Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), brown urine, overall body fatigue, loss of appetite.

3. If you experience any of the following, or if symptoms worsen or persist, stop using the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

   • Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness.

Dosage:

• Adults (15 years and older): Take one tablet after a meal, once a day.

• Important: Always take the medication at the same time each day.

• Children under 15 years: Do not use.

Precautions:

• Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and usage instructions.

• If using for seasonal allergies (such as pollen), it is more effective to start taking the medication early, as soon as symptoms begin.

• How to remove the tablet: Press the raised part of the blister pack firmly to break the aluminum foil, then take out the tablet carefully. Avoid swallowing the blister pack or tablet without removing it first to prevent injury to the esophagus.

Prohibited Use:

• Do not take Claritin EX if:

  • You are allergic to loratadine or any other ingredient in the product.

  • You are under 15 years of age.

• Do not use with the following medications:

  • Other allergy medications (including nasal antihistamines or oral medications).

  • Antihistamine-containing oral medications (e.g., cold medicines, cough suppressants, motion sickness remedies, sleeping pills).

  • Erythromycin, cimetidine.

• Avoid alcohol while using Claritin EX.

• If you are breastfeeding, either avoid using this medication or refrain from breastfeeding while taking it.

Ingredients:

• Loratadine: 10 mg per tablet.

• Other ingredients: Lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate.

Storage Instructions:
