Taisho Kanpo Digestive Medicine is a digestive remedy suitable for those who have weak stomachs or experience digestive issues due to irregular eating habits or fatigue, especially during hot weather. It is ideal for individuals who experience loss of appetite or discomfort in the stomach and wish to improve digestion.

• It helps alleviate symptoms like stomach bloating, discomfort, and gastritis.

• Effective for stomach pain and abdominal pain.

• Comes in a finely powdered form with a pleasant scent and taste.

• Suitable for individuals aged 5 years and older, including the elderly.

Indications for Use:

• Stomach bloating, discomfort, gastritis, stomach pain, burping, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, chest tightness, heartburn, excessive stomach acid, abdominal pain, nausea, and upset stomach.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take the following amount before or between meals with water or lukewarm water:

  • Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet, 3 times a day.

  • Children (5 to 14 years): 1/2 packet, 3 times a day.

  • Children under 5 years: Do not use.

Important Usage Notes:

• Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage.

• When administering to children, make sure they take the medication under the supervision of a guardian.

Ingredients (per packet - 1.02g):

• Anchu-san (Chinese herbal formula): 700mg (Cinnamon 200mg, Corydalis and Hoelen each 150mg, Fennel 75mg, Atractylodes and Licorice each 50mg, Angelica 25mg)

• Shakuyaku-Kanzo-to Extract: 140mg (Peony and Licorice each 280mg)

• Additives: Anhydrous silica, potato starch, lactose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc.

Precautions:

• Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if:

  • You are currently undergoing medical treatment.

• If any of the following symptoms occur after use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

  • Skin: Rash, redness, itching.

• In rare cases, serious symptoms may occur. If any of the following happen, seek medical attention immediately:

  • Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.

• If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.

Storage and Handling Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not transfer the medication to another container, as this can lead to misuse or deterioration of quality.

• If you need to use a partial packet, fold the packet tightly and consume within two days.
