This medicine is designed to relieve the symptoms of a cold, such as sore throat, cough, runny nose, and fever. It is formulated with seven active ingredients to provide dual-care for the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, reducing sore throat and fever, while addressing nasal and cough symptoms.

Precautions:

Do not take this medicine if:

1. You have experienced an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components.

2. You have a history of asthma triggered by this or other cold medications or pain relievers.

3. You are under 15 years old.

4. You are within 12 weeks of your due date for childbirth.

5. You are receiving treatment for or taking medication for the following conditions:

   • Stomach or duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or if you are taking zidovudine (e.g., Retrovir).

6. You have difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate.

7. You have been diagnosed with or have a history of:

   • High blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes.

Do not use this medicine with:

• Other cold medications, pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants, expectorants, or antihistamines (e.g., medications for nasal congestion, travel sickness, allergies).

Precautions:

• Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine (may cause drowsiness).

• Do not take this medicine if breastfeeding or avoid breastfeeding for a period after taking it (due to the potential transfer of the drug to breast milk in animal studies).

• Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine.

• Do not use for more than 5 days.

Consult a doctor before use if:

1. You are under medical treatment, including for dental issues.

2. You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.

3. You are elderly.

4. You have had an allergic reaction to medications.

5. You have experienced side effects like insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations from cold medications or other treatments.

Side effects:

• Possible symptoms include skin rash, itching, swelling, bruising, nausea, vomiting, appetite loss, stomach discomfort, and more.

• In rare cases, severe reactions like anaphylaxis, blood disorders, liver or kidney damage, or heart-related issues can occur. If any severe symptoms arise, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider immediately.

Dosage:

• Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 packet 3 times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.

Ingredients (per packet):

• Ibuprofen: 200mg

• L-Carnitine: 250mg

• Ambroxol hydrochloride: 15mg

• Dihydrocodeine phosphate: 8mg

• Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: 45mg

• Chlorpheniramine maleate: 2.5mg

• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 5mg

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiration date (8 months or more from the current product).
