Ingredients:

Water, ethanol, emulsion, propylene glycol (PG), PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, butylene glycol (BG), burdock root extract, lemon fruit extract, English ivy leaf/stem extract, watercress leaf/stem extract, sage leaf extract, soapwort leaf extract, glucosyl ceramide, alpha-glucan, sodium hyaluronate, squalane, lavender oil

Precautions:

• After opening, cut off the top part of the pack along the cut line. With clean feet, wear the pack and secure any loose areas around the ankles using the included seal or commercially available cellophane tape.
  Be careful when putting it on to avoid tearing the pack or leaking the liquid.

• Soak your feet for about 60 minutes to allow the lotion to fully absorb. Be careful not to spill the contents during this time.

• After about 60 minutes, remove the pack and wash your feet thoroughly with soap or similar. Failure to wash off thoroughly may cause skin problems.

• About 5 to 7 days after use (some people as early as 3 days), the old skin on your soles will begin to peel. The peeling process can be helped by daily friction but do not forcibly peel or scrub the skin as it may cause damage.

• Over about 2 to 3 weeks, the entire layer of old skin on the soles will peel off, revealing soft, smooth bare feet.
