TRANSINO Precol Morning & Evening Cough and Phlegm Suppressant

This is a sustained-release cough medicine that provides long-lasting effects with two doses per day—morning and night. The combination of fast-dissolving granules (for immediate action) and slow-dissolving granules (for sustained action) ensures that taking one capsule in the morning lasts until evening, and taking one at night lasts until the next morning. The four active ingredients, including Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, effectively relieve persistent cough and phlegm.

Dosage and Administration

Take the following amount with water or warm water:

• Adults (15 years and older): 1 capsule, 2 times a day (morning and evening).
• Under 15 years of age: Do not use.

Important Notes on Dosage and Administration

1. Follow the prescribed dosage strictly.
2. How to take the capsule: Press the raised part of the PTP sheet with your fingers to break the aluminum foil on the back and remove the capsule. Swallow the capsule carefully.
   (Avoid swallowing the whole sheet or capsule directly, as it may cause unexpected accidents such as puncturing the esophagus lining.)

This product contains the following active ingredients in each 2-capsule (daily) dose:

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (water-soluble): 60mg
• dL-Methyl Ephedrine Hydrochloride: 60mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 8mg
• Guaiacol Sulfonic Acid Potassium: 135mg

Additives: Lactose, Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose Ca, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Ethylcellulose, Glycerin Fatty Acid Ester, Talc, Gelatin, Red No. 3, Blue No. 1, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

Precautions

What you should avoid

1. Do not take this medicine if you have experienced allergic reactions to this product or any of its ingredients.
2. While taking this medication, do not use any other cough suppressant, cold medicine, sedative, or antihistamine-containing oral medications (e.g., nasal medication, motion sickness medicine, allergy medications).
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine, as drowsiness may occur.

Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have:

1. Are receiving treatment from a doctor.
2. Are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.
3. Are breastfeeding.
4. Are elderly.
5. Have a history of allergic reactions to medications.
6. Have the following symptoms: High fever, difficulty urinating.
7. Have been diagnosed with: Heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, or thyroid problems.

If you experience any of the following symptoms after taking the medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

• Skin: Rash, redness, itching.
• Digestive System: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite.
• Nervous System: Dizziness.
• Respiratory System: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
• Urinary System: Difficulty urinating.

Serious Symptoms (may include):

• Anaphylactic Shock, Aplastic Anemia, Agranulocytosis – Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

If any of the following symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the medicine and consult a healthcare provider:

• Dry mouth, drowsiness.

If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.

Storage and Handling Instructions

1. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
