Retort pouch foods are heat-sterilized, so they can be stored at room temperature for a long time. Since no preservatives are used, make sure to use all the contents after opening and avoid storing leftovers.

To heat with hot water, place the pouch in boiling water and turn off the heat. Be careful with hot water. After heating, check that the contents aren’t too hot before opening.

When using a microwave, remove the wrap carefully as hot contents may splash, and don't microwave the pouch itself. After warming, stir lightly, check the temperature, and then feed your child.
