  • Potato and Tuna Gratin:
    Vegetables (carrot, onion, cabbage, sweet corn, pumpkin), soy milk (contains soybeans), potatoes, tuna flakes (tuna, salt), sugar, chicken extract, chicken and fish bouillon, chicken oil, salt, rice vinegar, thickener (modified starch).

How to Use:

  • The food is pre-cooked, so it can be eaten without heating.

To Heat in Water:

  • Without opening the lid, submerge the entire container in hot water for 2-3 minutes.

To Heat in a Microwave:

  1. Completely remove the lid seal.

  2. Heat in a microwave at 500-600W (Do not exceed 600W).

    • Approximate heating time is 20 seconds. Be careful not to overheat. Do not use the auto (automatic) heating function.
