YAMAMOTO KANPO Senna Supplements

Senna is a Western herbal medicine that has been used for centuries as a remedy for constipation. It is a well-known European herb used to treat constipation.

Dosage and Administration:

• Take the following amount depending on your age:

  • 15 years and older: ½ - 1 packet per dose

  • 11 to 15 years: ⅓ - ⅔ packet per dose

  • Under 11 years: Do not use.
    Take once a day, preferably before bed or on an empty stomach. For the first dose, start with the smallest amount and adjust based on how your body responds.
