You can brew it hot with 400-500cc of water or prepare it as iced tea by chilling the brewed liquid in the fridge. This herbal blend features a variety of natural ingredients, including hibiscus, oolong tea, barley, brown rice, bitter melon, soybean, job’s tears, puerh tea, mulberry leaves, and banaba leaves.
