Directions:
Frequency: Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (5.0g): Up to 3 times per day.
How to Prepare: For adults (15 years and older), boil 1 packet (5g) in about 200mL of water, then simmer down to about 130mL, strain out the residue, and take 3 times a day before or between meals.
